Customer Service Representative (Work-from-Home)

Our fast-growing,dynamic, technology-driven land surveying company is seeking a dedicated CustomerService Representative to handle data entry duties. While experiencein land surveying or real estate is preferred, it is not mandatory as this isan entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
       
    • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
    •  
    • Make outgoing calls to address general questions, client concerns, and status updates.
    •  
    • Manage the Customer Service Email Inbox, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
    •  
    • Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with customers.
    •  
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    •  
    • Be adaptable and responsive to different types of customers.
  •  
  • Data Entry and Accuracy:
       
    • Enter information swiftly and accurately into our system.
    •  
    • Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
  •  
  • Time Management:
       
    • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    •  
    • Manage time effectively to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Age and Education:
       
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    •  
    • High school diploma or GED required.
  •  
  • Communication Skills:
       
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •  
    • Proven customer support experience.
  •  
  • Technical Proficiency:
       
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office and various internet-based programs.
    •  
    • Typing speed of 45 to 65 words per minute with accuracy.
  •  
  • Attention to Detail:
       
    • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Work Environment:

  • Remote Work:
       
    • Full-time work-from-home position.
    •  
    • Self-motivated individuals preferred.
    •  
    • Monday to Friday availability from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    •  
    • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on client needs.

Compensation:

  • Starting Hourly Rate:
       
    • $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.
