Boundary Survey
A boundary survey will give you a clear picture of your property. It helps you establish or re-establish the boundaries of your property using a legal description. Our experts will locate your property corners to clearly define your property lines.A boundary survey also determines the dimensions, size, and location of your home and any other improvements on your property, such as sheds, fences, and driveways. We'll also highlight the location of any bodies of water on your land, if applicable.

ALTA Survey
Generally known as an ALTA Survey, the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey is usually used on commercial or multi-family properties. It is completed based on the Minimum Standards Detail Requirements set by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS).
The Minimum Standards Detail Requirements set out the specific details that are required on ALTA Surveys. A thorough Title Commitment review is done to ensure that anything recorded that may affect the property is included on the survey. There are also a set of optional “Table A” items that can also be requested to be on ALTA Surveys.
When requesting an ALTA Survey, be sure to send us the following as we cannot proceed with your request without them.

Specific Purpose Survey

Tree Location Survey
A tree location survey is a comprehensive evaluation of specific trees on a property. It's an in-depth survey that provides important information about the species, location, size, and inventory of the trees in the area. It offers a clear picture of the forested area, allowing for better decision-making regarding its usage, development, or preservation.
This type of survey is often requested by property owners, developers, or government agencies who need a better understanding of the trees on a specific site for design projects or local regulations. Some cities have ordinances in place to protect certain species of trees, and a tree location survey can help ensure compliance with these regulations.

Elevation Certificate
An elevation certificate is a document needed to obtain flood insurance on a building. It provides information on the building's elevation in relation to the base flood elevation, which determines the flood insurance premium rate. The certificate includes essential information such as the building type, location, lowest point of elevation, flood zone, and more. This information helps insurance companies determine the level of risk associated with the building and provides property owners with the necessary information about flood insurance coverage. Elevation certificates are essential for reducing the risk of damage and financial loss for property owners.
